Offline Crucible Testing and Comparison with PoDFA® Data

Metal samples taken from the same cast and location (as measured by PoDFA®) were re-melted at MetalVision facilities.

Evident is a broad correlation of the MV20/20 measurements with the PoDFA® data.

The MV20/20 results provide moreover, a better description of the nature of the inclusions through the use of its cleanliness index.
